In 1997, ¬†Russell Green (PCCL’s Managing Director) was responsible for implementing the first local government Visa Purchasing Card programme in Europe. Using the knowledge he gained,¬†PCCL (Purchasing Card Consultancy Ltd) was established in 1998, and¬†has been providing world-leading and innovative solutions to the Payment Card Industry ever since, pioneering many of the improvements in processes and procedures used today.

To date, our services have been provided to over 500 Public Sector Organisations throughout the UK, Europe, the Far East and the USA with our client list including national and local government, the NHS, the higher education sector, Visa, and many major banks and multinationals.
